I have decided to re-invent the Pilgrim blog site which I had used for a fair number of years to document our travels. In the next while, I will revisit some of those travels with a few photos included. I want to use those posts as a foundation for where life takes us next.
M and I have just returned from a four-months-long winter escape that included a month in Peru, and three months in Ecuador. Now that we are back in Canada and our home on the Canadian prairies, we are planning something different for the rest of 2018. We are not going to leave for another gypsy-like adventure. We are taking a break with the full intention to make 2019 become that much more special. That’s all I will say about that for now. I hope you enjoy our continuing saga of exploring our incredible planet.
Before I leave, I want to leave you with a quote by Mark Twain: “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow mindedness.”
